Welcome to Oui®. These terms apply when you use shop.oui.blue, in a browser or opened from your phone's home screen, and when you place an order. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email once payment is approved, and you can follow it from the link in that email, in your account or on the Track an order page. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is out of stock, the price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Cart and saved items

Items in your cart or saved for later are not reserved, and their prices can change until you check out. When you start checkout we hold the items for a short time while you pay.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices and availability can change without notice, but never after your order is confirmed.

Promo codes

One promo code can be used per order. A code may need a minimum order amount, may have an end date or a limited number of uses, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns and refunds policy. Ownership of the items and the risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

Product information

We try to describe our products as accurately as we can. Packaging and appearance may vary slightly from the photos and videos.

Health notice

The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Read the label and follow the directions before use. Talk to your doctor before using any product if you have a medical condition or take medication. Stop using a product and seek medical help if you have an adverse reaction. Keep all products out of the reach of children.

Your account

You sign in with a link we email you, so there is no password to remember. You are responsible for keeping your email account private and for the orders placed through your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Emails from us

When you order, we email you the confirmation and an update as your order is packed, shipped and delivered. We may also send one reminder if you leave items in your cart, and one request for a review after your order arrives. Write to us and we will stop the reminder and review emails.

Reviews

Only customers who bought an item can review it, using the link we email after the order. If you post a review, you give us the right to display it on our site and in our marketing. Reviews must be honest and must not be unlawful or offensive. We may remove a review that breaks these rules.

Our content

Everything on this site, including the Oui® name, logos, text, photos and videos, belongs to Oui® or its licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Our site links to services run by others, such as Stripe for payment and the carriers' tracking pages. We are not responsible for their sites or their policies.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is", to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information and which cookies we use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
