Plain packaging

Every order ships in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside says what is inside or names the products.

How it ships

All orders go by USPS with tracking:
- Standard: 3 to 5 days after it ships. Free on orders over $35, otherwise $5.99.
- Express: 1 to 2 days after it ships, $14.99.

The checkout shows the exact delivery dates for your address before you pay.

Tracking

You get an email with the tracking link the moment your order ships. You can also look it up any time on Track an order with your order number and email.

At checkout

Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other ways shown at checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or keep them.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an unopened item. See returns for how.
